If we do not accept your insurance, we can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. This means you would pay the upfront cost of the evaluation, but your insurance reimburses you directly after reviewing the Superbill.

Patients are responsible for any necessary payments at the conclusion of their appointment.
